Artera announced on Monday, April 11, the appointment of Margaret (Meg) M. Newman, current Chief People Officer of BrandSafway (a CD&R portfolio company), to Artera’s board of directors.

Meg will bring an important perspective to our board and compensation committee. Most importantly, she knows our people are the foundation of who we are,” states Brian Palmer, CEO of Artera.
Meg brings an extensive background to the board, having spent all her career in human resources roles. Before BrandSafway, Meg served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Keurig Green Mountain (Keurig) from 2017 to 2019 and as the Chief People Officer of HD Supply from 2007 to 2017. Before joining HD Supply, Meg held key Human Resources roles in Conseco Insurance and Sears Roebuck & Company. Currently, she serves on the board of Core & Main (a CD&R portfolio company).
Meg joins the board as well as the compensation committee.
